At The Outdoor Attitude we operate a Fair postage policy, we will charge you what it costs us to post and pack, however if you think we are charging too much for your particular order Tell us! and we will review it.
U.K Postage is split into 4 Groups
Group 1 Any item(s) Weighing up to 500g will be charged at £1.50
Group 2 Any item(s) weighing from 501g to 1kg will be charged at £3.50
Group 3 Any item(s) weighing from 1001g to 3KG will be charged at £5.50 (including ski boots)
Group 4 Any item(s) weighing from 3001g to 19KG will be charged at £15.00 (i.e. skis and boards)
The charges should be added to your order at the checkout inside the Shipping method box

Our Returns Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (original delivery and return delivery costs, wherever made by The Outdoor Attitude, will still be payable by the customer). You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 5 days of our receiving your return. If you require an exchange, please place a new order online.
Please email TheOutdoorAttitude.com to get a returns number which needs to be written on the outside of the parcel. Please re-package the goods and send to the address below

Items returned because they are damaged, defective or incorrect
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us by refunding your return postage costs. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 5 days of our receiving your return. The Outdoor Attitude will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
